End Mealtime Stress.
Grow Food Choices.
If you're struggling to get your child to eat a variety of foods, then you've come to the right place.
First of all, please know you are not alone.
I receive emails all the time from moms who are nearing their breaking point. They often think something is either wrong with their child or wrong with their parenting.
But once you know eating is not going the way you want it to go, the best thing to do is focus on what can be done to improve the situation.
Most families I work with discover that eating became difficult for their child because of a reason that was outside of their control. For example, a child having reflux as a baby or being sensitive to certain textures of food.
I don't know how to go back in time and change any of that, but I do know how to help you and your child move forward so meals become fun family times to look forward to.
The first place to start is by identifying which of the 5 Phases of Eating you are in.
Online only packages allow families from all around the world to access the help they need and deserve.

Families in San Diego can take advantage of both online and in person sessions.
Local families often complete the parent education piece of their program online. In person sessions are used for me to teach their children to like a variety of new foods, through fun games and experiments, in the comfort of their home.

"Becky, your program was awesome! We made this year the year of pizza. We actually got Bryce to eat pizza using the strategies you taught us!
He also eats guacamole, quesadillas and next year will be the year of Luna Grill chicken!
You were transformative."

"Before we met Becky our daughter would cover her mouth with her hands and refuse to eat.
Now she eats so many new foods that our family can all eat the same meal!
She's even eating sandwiches for lunch and is asking for cheeseburgers."

"When we have a tough night I don't have to feed him a pouch or a smoothie anymore. I know he can eat what I'm serving and he knows it too. Whereas before, he panicked if I put anything new on his plate."
